May 2021: Women Leading Change

This is Mother’s Day. We won’t try offering any moms virtual mimosas, but you can honor the women in your pod by offering them one while you all sit back and enjoy the celebration! Maybe you should make one for yourself, too.

Our guest speaker is Niranjali Amerasinghe, Executive Director of ActionAid USA at https://www.actionaidusa.org/. ActionAid USA is part of an international network, and their mission is “To achieve social justice, gender equality, and poverty eradication by working with people living in poverty and exclusion, their communities, people’s organizations, activists, social movements and supporters.”
